What you'll do

• Supervise aquatic programs, water safety operations, and staff
• develop programs and operating procedures
• maintain water chemistry and operational records
• manage budgets, pricing, schedules, payroll, and supplies
• address patron concerns and enforce safety policies
• serve as Manager on Duty on a rotating schedule as needed.
