What you'll do

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for clinicians at assigned locations
• manage caseloads and assign intakes based on clinician capacity
• maintain a personal caseload of 15 billable hours per week
• monitor team billable time and adjust as needed
• ensure timely, accurate documentation and billing
• build relationships with clients, families, and staff
• support service quality across centers
• collaborate with service coordinators and case managers
• ensure contractual requirements are met.

Why this role
