Job overview

The Server role is onsite in New York, NY, and is part-time. Pay is $11.35 per hour plus tips. Five Iron Golf combines sports bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues with golf technology and hospitality-driven service. The server guides guests through food and beverage options, takes and delivers orders, and checks on guests during their bookings. The role also supports sales, maintains clean and presentable golf and dining areas, and follows food-handling and alcohol-service rules.

What you'll do

• Engage guests and provide prompt drink service
• use upselling techniques
• take accurate food and drink orders
• serve items courteously
• explain menu offerings and make recommendations
• monitor guest experience
• enter orders and process payments
• keep simulators and surrounding areas presentable
• maintain product and promotion knowledge
• follow food and alcohol safety rules
• verify legal drinking age
• assist with closing duties as needed.
