Learning and Development Facilitator

The Learning and Development Facilitator works onsite in Titusville, FL. Compensation starts at $21.63 per hour. The facilitator delivers orientation, recertification, and new training to help employees perform their work effectively and meet corporate, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Training is delivered through in-person presentations, video conferencing, and eLearning.

What you'll do

• Present orientation and training to new hires
• deliver recertification training
• assist with developing and rolling out new training
• facilitate individual and group activities
• travel between Devereux sites in Florida as needed.
