What you'll do

• Lead Breakthrough Bio across program phases
• develop the ecosystem and relationships with biotech, medtech, and pharmaceutical leaders, investors, and government innovation officials
• represent MassChallenge at industry events
• support startup recruitment, curriculum, events, and founder guidance
• develop partnerships and performance measures
• manage the program delivery team
• contribute to other accelerator programs as needed.
