What you'll do

• Direct and evaluate safety auditors, inspectors, and other quality and safety personnel
• implement quality assurance policies and control programs
• ensure contractor and subcontractor compliance with the Quality Control Plan
• monitor quality control activities across contract work centers
• develop and deliver staff training
• conduct quality and safety audits and inspections
• track incidents and prepare trend reports
• identify process improvements and corrective actions.
