Patient Support Supervisor — Prior Authorization

It also coordinates with hospital and clinic partners and other internal teams to support timely medication access and quality service.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage Patient Support Associates
• support medication adherence through refill management or prior authorization and financial assistance
• oversee assigned hospital and clinic support
• monitor service goals and workflows
• coach and manage performance
• coordinate coverage, training, hiring, onboarding, meetings, and partner communications
• maintain records and confidentiality
• support pharmacy relations and absorb overflow work as needed.
