What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
• develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• collaborate with health coaches, acupuncturists, physicians, OB providers, and hormone specialists
• educate patients on nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, and lifestyle
• monitor progress and adjust plans
• maintain accurate records
• respond to patient and team communications
• interpret and explain lab, imaging, and pathology results
• coordinate care with internal and external specialists and community resources.
