What you'll do

• Interview clients, review records, and consult professionals to evaluate client conditions
• formulate treatment and rehabilitation programs
• counsel clients individually and in groups
• counsel family members
• refer clients to support services
• monitor treatment progress and adapt care
• maintain reports, case histories, and electronic medical records
• conduct prevention programs using established curriculum.
