Direct Support Professional

What you'll do

• Provide direct care and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities
• assist with activities of daily living, meals, mobility, and adaptive equipment
• administer medications as trained and authorized
• support independent living skills
• accompany and transport individuals to appointments and community activities
• implement Individual Service Plans and document progress
• maintain a safe environment
• report health or behavioral changes
• promote dignity, choice, and self-advocacy.
