The Registrar Officer coordinates registrar functions and safeguards the accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance of student academic records. The role also coordinates registration, advising, readmission, transfer, and graduation processes in collaboration with campus and student-support teams.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and manage registrar functions at the PUPR Orlando Campus
• maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant student academic records
• support enrollment coordination, academic progress monitoring, and retention initiatives
• coordinate academic advising and student registration
• support readmission, transfer, and graduation processes
• and collaborate with faculty advisors, the CASA Center for Academic Support and Advising, the EARS Team, and the San Juan Main Campus.
