The Preschool / Pre-K Lead Teacher role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour. What you'll do

• Establish and maintain a structured yet flexible classroom schedule
• implement the school curriculum

• support social-emotional, cognitive, language, physical, and emotional development
• maintain a safe classroom
• communicate with families, coworkers, and administration
• use positive behavior guidance
• collaborate with co-teachers and support staff
