What you'll do

• Develop content strategies and calendars supporting business objectives
• create content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
• write and edit social copy, articles, campaign messaging, videos, graphics briefs, executive communications, and thought leadership
• publish content aligned with initiatives and events
• monitor social accounts and respond to comments and inquiries
• foster audience interactions
• identify relevant industry conversations
• escalate customer service, compliance, or reputation issues
• support audience growth and employee advocacy
• collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Product, Compliance, HR, and executive teams
• coordinate content production
• analyze performance and prepare monthly and quarterly reports
• benchmark competitors and industry practices.
