What you'll do

• Unpack and pack shipments, organize the stockroom, answer phones, and follow operational procedures
• assist with inventory and stock management, storage capacity, and discrepancy resolution
• support receiving, transfers, returns to vendor, sales, and cycle counts
• assist with point-of-sale tasks, customer repairs, dry-cleaning, and alterations
• help with floor sets, window changes, and other visual merchandising projects as needed
• meet store and metric goals and support customer service.
