What you'll do

• Assemble exhibits and appendices for court papers, witness sets, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
• set up trial or arbitration war rooms
• attend depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations
• draft routine correspondence, memoranda, subpoenas, summons, and other legal documents
• conduct factual or legal research
• examine public records
• locate witnesses and evidence
• coordinate with legal and support teams
• maintain procedural knowledge, docketing, e-filing, and e-discovery processes.
