What you'll do

• Build and maintain a site pipeline through broker networks and direct-to-owner sourcing
• conduct outreach, tours, and meetings
• develop territory plans and forecasts
• lead negotiations from letters of intent and term sheets through definitive agreements in partnership with Legal
• drive early diligence on zoning, access, utilities, title, environmental risks, and constructability
• maintain CRM records and report pipeline health
• improve acquisition playbooks and sourcing strategies
• maintain site-host relationships after signature.
