The Facilities Maintenance Technician II – Mobile role is an onsite, full-time position serving Columbus, OH, and surrounding areas. Compensation is $22.00–$26.00 per hour. The technician performs general repairs and preventive maintenance across client sites, helping ensure timely, high-quality facility service. The role also coordinates with subcontractors and uses a work-order system to support reliable building operations.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair facility electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues
• perform minor electrical troubleshooting and HVAC preventive maintenance, including filter replacement
• replace door locks and hardware
• maintain floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, paint, doors, windows, and furniture
• oversee subcontractor activity, building audits, and preventive maintenance
• complete small projects and use the CMMS work-order system.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED and five or more years of general maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. A trade license or certificate is preferred.
