What you'll do

• Assist the Executive Director with facility operations and assume designated responsibilities in the Executive Director’s absence.
• Support staff leadership, business planning, department monitoring, performance feedback, facility rounds, resident-care oversight, staff training, building and grounds safety, human resources compliance, community relationships, budgets, and facility marketing.
