• Manage daily jobsite operations and subcontractor coordination

• communicate with project managers, owners, facilities teams, architects, and subcontractors
• maintain daily reports and ensure projects meet specifications, quality expectations, and deadlines.

Why this role

Requires 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience. Healthcare renovation or occupied medical facility experience is preferred; knowledge of ICRA and ILSM protocols is strongly preferred. Procore or Bluebeam familiarity, a valid driver’s license, and OSHA 30 certification are noted.
