Working under the Store Manager, the assistant manager supports staffing, customer service, safety, cleanliness, equipment upkeep, retail activity, and wash-dry-fold service. The role helps maintain consistent store operations and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Support recruitment, orientation, training, employee development, scheduling, and payroll management
• uphold customer service, safety, and cleanliness standards
• audit preventive maintenance and document equipment or building issues
• maintain retail presentation and inventory
• train employees in sales and upselling
• review wash-dry-fold logs and address customer concerns
• support promotions and company procedures.
