What you'll do

• Lead and manage project teams
• oversee project profit and loss, cost control, subcontractors and suppliers, contract administration, procurement, estimating, pay requests, change orders, requests for information, scheduling, submittals, safety controls, and quality. Requires 7+ years of construction experience including healthcare and Primavera/Microsoft Project scheduling experience
• occasional travel of 1–3 days per month.
