What you'll do

• Receive and sort surplus items
• update asset, custodian, department, and location records
• determine disposition in accordance with state statutes
• coordinate hard-drive documentation and removal with IT
• organize surplus sales and prepare related records and deposits
• document gas-cylinder deliveries and fill liquid-nitrogen dewars
• pick up and deliver small surplus items on campus.
