What you'll do

• Monitor patients’ medical and psychiatric conditions and assess care needs
• observe and interpret symptoms and communicate with MD/NP
• collaborate with physicians and nurses on individualized care plans
• perform routine procedures including vital signs, accu checks, pain assessment, and injections
• document in patient charts
• administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• maintain hygiene and safety
• protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and SUPR (DASA) requirements
• implement evidence-based practices
• supervise and/or train LPNs, PCTs, or CNAs
• support patients and families.
