IT Field Technician — On-Call

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS issues
• resolve Wi-Fi, router, and wired network problems
• install printers and scanners
• replace or upgrade hardware
• reinstall operating systems
• document work and communicate with customers. The role may also include POS support, Cat5e or Cat6 cabling, outdoor TV mounting, and basic AV setup.
