What you'll do

• Diagnose hardware, software, network, connectivity, and equipment issues
• respond to service requests
• escalate complex issues
• perform preventative maintenance
• document troubleshooting and configuration changes
• assist with testing, installation, and maintenance of servers and network equipment
• perform rack-and-stack and cable-management work
• monitor equipment and follow data center procedures.
