What you'll do

• Set up and operate screen printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and X-ray machines
• clean and load boards
• load feeders
• visually inspect assemblies
• unload and store finished assemblies
• monitor PCB assemblies
• check quality and quantity
• follow work instructions
• report discrepancies and production issues
• demonstrate methods to new hires, assist with minor troubleshooting, and cross-train.
