The Hospital Donation Coordinator 2 role is onsite in Halethorpe, MD, with frequent travel to assigned hospitals. Compensation is $82,110–$92,380 per year. The role supports Infinite Legacy’s Hospital Services work to improve hospital donation performance. The coordinator builds hospital relationships, assesses donation processes, and uses data and education to identify and implement improvements. Through hospital visits, follow-up, staff education, and collaboration with clinical and hospital teams, the role supports effective organ and tissue donation processes and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Assess hospital donation outcomes and develop strategic improvement plans
• conduct hospital visits, rounding, and follow-up after donation activity
• provide educational programs and in-services
• collaborate with hospital leaders and clinical teams
• analyze medical record review data and report performance
• support donation referrals and cases
• maintain hospital profiles, policies, and documentation
• work assigned on-call shifts including nights, weekends, and some holidays
• travel throughout the donor service area.
