What you'll do
- Perform comprehensive physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial assessments

- provide skilled nursing care, medication administration, wound care, and activities of daily living support
- document patient status, interventions, outcomes, and education
- communicate with the team
- supervise CNAs and LPNs
