Parking Attendant, Non-Driving

The non-driving Parking Attendant role is onsite in Galveston, TX; compensation is $16 per hour, and the position is part-time at 24–32 hours. The attendant helps keep the parking location organized, clean, and accessible by directing customers, monitoring vehicles, and assisting with traffic and facility issues. The role supports customers and reports safety concerns or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.

What you'll do

• Direct customers to available parking
• count vehicles as needed
• issue violation warnings
• patrol parking areas on foot or in motor carts when applicable
• help customers locate vehicles
• answer questions and direct customers to the Facility Manager when needed
• control entrance and exit traffic
• assist with equipment maintenance and general maintenance
• report accidents, safety hazards, spills, and unusual occurrences.
