The Facilities and Fleet Technician — Touchstone role is onsite in Bulverde, TX. Compensation is $50,000 per year. What you'll do

• Inspect buildings, grounds, and vehicles weekly
• prioritize maintenance requests
• install and repair mechanical, motor, lighting, plumbing, and electrical fixtures and appliances
• maintain pool water and chemical levels
• maintain vehicles and grounds
• operate machinery
• assist with deliveries, furniture moves, and supply storage
• support vehicle servicing and cleaning
• maintain master keys
• and work an on-call rotation.
