The starting salary range is $85,000–$100,000 annually. Tierra Encantada provides Spanish-immersion early education and care for children from six weeks through six years old. The role exists to oversee center operations, performance, and compliance across the district. It supports center directors through coaching, financial and enrollment oversight, quality assurance, and execution of district growth plans.

What you'll do

• Oversee multiple centers and monitor enrollment, revenue, staffing, customer satisfaction, and expenses
• conduct site visits
• support enrollment and community outreach
• optimize staffing and scheduling
• coach center directors
• manage budgets and financial reports
• ensure regulatory, licensing, health, and safety compliance
• oversee curriculum implementation
• address parent concerns
• support strategic plans and new center launches.
