What you'll do

• Review and upload vendor invoices in Bill.com with accurate coding and allocation
• perform three-way matching for inventory-related payables
• route bills for approval and monitor workflow queues
• process employee corporate card expense reports and flag discrepancies
• maintain vendor profiles across Bill.com and NetSuite
• audit vendor records and maintain digital documentation
• coordinate with Inventory and Operations to confirm goods receipt
• reconcile purchase orders, vendor statements, and credit card statements
• prepare AP aging reports and prepaid expense schedules
• assist with month-end close, year-end 1099 processes, SOP documentation, and audit requests.
