What you'll do

• Partner with leadership on recruiting and onboarding
• explain benefit plans and enrollment processes
• follow up with new hires and provide materials after status changes
• maintain employee files and complete I-9, E-Verify, and EEO documentation
• monitor OSHA 300 records and assist with incident investigations
• respond to unemployment matters
• maintain employment-law compliance
• coordinate leave documentation with regional HR
• liaise with payroll to maintain accurate HRIS information
• provide guidance on sensitive HR issues.
