Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Daytime Case

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, providing in-home services. Compensation is $20–$30 per hour. Heartlinks ABA NC provides applied behavior analysis services to children with autism and their families. The RBT delivers one-to-one ABA therapy to help children build communication, social, and independence skills. The role supports individualized behavior plans through session data collection and collaboration with a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), while sharing strategies and progress updates with families.

Why this role
