• Review inbound and outbound correspondence for classification
• maintain document accountability records and logs
• process classified mail and media
• support data transfers
• maintain customer contact and personnel security records
• research visit notices
• escort visitors
• assist with badges and access systems
• conduct entry and exit inspections
• support clearance processing and SAP compliance inspections
• prepare and review access requests
• conduct indoctrinations
• mentor team members.
