The Multimedia Specialist role is based in Tulsa, OK, with compensation of $22–$23 per hour. The main work environment is an office, with daily travel to LIFE PACE locations and community events. LIFE PACE seeks to increase community awareness and support participant enrollment. The specialist develops and produces print, digital, social media, and multimedia content that shares participant and program stories. Working with PACE leadership, enrollment staff, and program teams, the role supports outreach and enrollment while protecting participant privacy and maintaining brand standards.

What you'll do

• Develop multimedia marketing strategies
• create, schedule, and publish social media content
• capture and edit photos and videos at centers, activities, outings, and events
• design graphics, videos, flyers, brochures, mailers, and advertisements
• coordinate direct-mail campaigns
• manage digital advertising
• monitor campaign analytics and recommend improvements
• develop educational content and impact stories
• assist with email campaigns and newsletters
• respond to online comments and messages
• coordinate content calendars
• attend outreach events
• maintain marketing asset libraries
• ensure compliance with HIPAA, participant authorizations, organizational policies, and brand standards.

Why this role
