What you'll do

• Diagnose and complete authorized common repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, fixtures, locks, appliances, and general building needs
• support unit turns, preventive maintenance, and inspections
• prioritize work orders
• document and close out repairs
• communicate with residents, property managers, vendors, and team members
• and escalate work requiring specialized or licensed support.
