What you'll do

• Prepare food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
• set up workstations with ingredients and equipment
• measure, weigh, mix, chop, trim, and peel ingredients
• use kitchen utensils and equipment
• cook using varied methods
• arrange, garnish, and portion food
• store food according to safety procedures
• clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
• provide positive customer service
• follow safety, food-safety, and sanitation policies.
