What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day service and installation operations
• plan and implement schedules to meet customer commitments
• review workload and staffing
• ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction
• review monthly financial and operational reports and develop improvement plans with front-line managers
• conduct performance reviews
• assist with hiring, training, and employee development
• communicate with customers and respond to concerns.
