What you'll do

• Allocate and adjust staffing based on census, absences, and patient acuity
• coordinate shift coverage
• oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
• support clinical teams and mentor nurses
• respond to emergency calls and deploy personnel
• serve as administrator on duty
• uphold policies and safety standards
• communicate with physicians, families, security, and management.
