It also supports HR due diligence for potential acquisitions and provides counsel in administrative and court proceedings.

What you'll do

• Advise and represent the company on employment law issues
• draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
• advise on state and federal employment law compliance
• represent the company in administrative hearings and court proceedings
• conduct HR due diligence for potential acquisitions
• investigate workplace misconduct allegations and recommend resolutions.
