What you'll do

• Support daily truck loading, manifest and route verification, quality checks, and weekly safety meetings
• monitor routing and productivity
• coordinate communication across plant operations, sales, and field service
• conduct route debriefs
• manage driver performance and development
• coordinate vehicle servicing
• ensure safety compliance
• oversee product checks
• manage headcount, overtime, and route efficiency
• drive when needed to maintain service.

Why this role
