The Caregiver role is onsite in Modesto, California. Pay is $17.50–$20 per hour. The position provides hands-on care and physical and emotional support to residents while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, home-like environment. The caregiver supports residents’ daily living, independence, dignity, and safety. By monitoring and documenting changes, responding to resident needs, and assisting with personal care and activities, the role contributes to residents’ day-to-day well-being.

What you'll do

• Provide care to a designated group of residents and check on them throughout the shift
• observe, report, and document changes in residents’ condition
• respond promptly to security systems and call bells
• notify supervisors or the Health Care Coordinator of increased care needs
• assist with continence care, meals, activities of daily living, laundry, and room cleanliness
• promote resident independence, dignity, and safety.
