Host

The host is the guests first point of contact. The host must have impeccable telephone etiquette and a pleasant face to face demeanor. Hosts must be able to communicate clearly with guests as well as effectively obtain guest information to ensure guest reservations and requests are handled correctly. The host is responsible for greeting every guest that comes in with great hospitality and also say
