The Direct Support Professional – Float works across multiple program locations in the Lake Lillian, MN area. Compensation is $26–$26.50 per hour. The role supports Synova Group’s crisis group home programs, which provide short-term stabilization for people experiencing a crisis. The float DSP provides consistent, person-centered support where staffing coverage is needed. The role helps individuals with daily routines, health and safety, behavior support, community participation, and independence while following training, policies, and care plans.

What you'll do

• Build relationships and support friendships and community connections
• assist with cooking, household tasks, personal care, hygiene, and leisure activities
• support health and safety, money management, and behavior strategies
• administer medications according to training and procedures
• provide transportation
• document services and events
• encourage independence
• provide coverage across multiple program locations.
