What you'll do

• Lead project managers and technicians, including recruiting, training, succession planning, and competency development
• manage project profitability, labor and equipment utilization, job costing, and expenses
• coordinate proposals and estimates with sales and project management
• maintain jobsite safety and HSE compliance
• source and maintain major equipment
• execute oil flushing, chemical cleaning, varnish mitigation, reservoir cleaning, and oil filtration/dehydration projects as needed
• maintain quality and customer satisfaction.
