What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests, answer questions, explain promotions and trade-in programs, and recommend products
• process purchases and returns through the POS system
• promote reservations and Pro Rewards
• maintain clean, organized, and properly merchandised store areas
• complete omnichannel orders
• conduct inventory counts and restock merchandise
• safeguard assets and support loss prevention
• reconcile daily transactions and complete closeout paperwork and deposits
• check shipments and process recalls and stock pulls
• supervise and delegate to sales associates when management is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures and provide performance feedback to management.
