What you'll do

• Coordinate greenhouse and outdoor growing operations, including plant care, crop planning, harvesting, and systems maintenance
• provide daily direction, training, and support to Operations Associates and Apprentices
• maintain safe, organized growing spaces, equipment, supplies, and activity stations
• prepare spaces and materials for scheduled groups, field trips, volunteers, and other uses
• lead or support horticultural activities and tours as needed
• collaborate on daily operations and program coverage.
