What you'll do

• Build, direct, and manage a regional clinical staffing business
• recruit, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate Registered Dietitians
• support retention
• monitor and approve expenses and revenue targets
• track financial performance to budget
• oversee compliance, audits, quality measures, and regulatory performance
• provide clinical support to operations and client leaders
• participate in client reviews, strategic planning, and special projects
• collaborate with sales, marketing, and learning and development teams.
