What you'll do

• Develop and execute maintenance strategies
• lead and mentor maintenance directors, managers, and technical teams
• oversee aircraft maintenance, repair, modification, storage, and return-to-service activities
• manage operational performance, resources, budgets, and cost controls
• ensure FAA and company compliance
• support safety programs, customer relationships, business development, workforce planning, and continuous improvement.
